Retired Marine Sergeant Kenneth Serfass portrays General Ulysses S. Grant at the September meeting of the Montgomery County Civil War Roundtable on Thursday September 14 at 8 p.m.
The presentation will be held at the Gaithersburg Hilton, 620 Perry Parkway. A $5 donation is requested.
