A free webinar sponsored by the Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation (MCEDC) at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 8, will provide details for businesses of all sizes on incentives that could allow current County companies to expand or assist other businesses in relocating to Montgomery.
The webinar will explain programs such as MOVE (Making Office Vacancies Extinct), the New Jobs Tax Credit, the Biotechnology Investment Incentive Tax Credit and the Cybersecurity Tax Credit.
Those attending the webinar will have an opportunity to ask questions of various speakers. Representatives from Fox 5 and Truebill will be speaking to address how those companies used incentives to grow.
Carla Merritt of the Maryland Department of Commerce and Spiros Balntas and Lynne Benzion of MCEDC will be available to provide details on some of the available incentive programs.
