A “Meet the Artists” joint artists reception will be held from 2:30-4 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 26 at both the Kentlands Mansion and the Gaithersburg Arts Barn, where the “Pushing Boundaries” exhibit also is on display. The joint reception is open to all and free to attend. Light refreshments will be served. Masks are encouraged, but not required. Juror and art professor Liana Owad will be at the reception to talk about her selections and present the awards.
ALOG members will be providing docent tours of the exhibit on Saturday, April 15, during the Arts Barn 20th Anniversary Celebration.
Now in its 40th year, ALOG was founded in 1983 to further the careers of fine artists and crafters and to bring an appreciation of the arts and offer education to the community.
