The Fillmore Silver Spring, 8656 Colesville Rd., Silver Spring. 7:30 p.m.– Midnight. The event brings together stakeholders and organizations that are committed to assisting Hispanic youth to achieve a high level of education while building strong, diverse and united communities in Montgomery County and throughout Maryland. Funds raised will be directed to scholarships for Latino students enrolled in Montgomery County and Maryland institutions of higher education. Black tie, cocktail/business attire optional.
