David Sanborn and the Sanborn Electric Band will headline the 13th Annual Silver Spring Jazz Festival on Saturday, September 10, from 3 to 10 p.m., in Downtown Silver Spring on Veterans Plaza at Fenton Street and Ellsworth Drive. Joining Sanborn and the Sanborn Electric Band will be local popular favorite Marcus Johnson & Urban Jam Band, Tamara Wellons Band, Todd Marcus Quintet and the Jazz Academy of Music.
