Tuesday, June 11 – Public hearing on rewrite of County Zoning Code. Council Office Building, Third Floor Hearing Room, 100 Maryland Ave., Rockville. The first major rewrite of the County Zoning Code since 1978. Among the goals will be updating all aspects of the ordinance, creating more predictability in the standards and promoting “green” land use practices.
