Montgomery Parks staff will attend to listen and answer questions about the draft plan. Copies of the draft document, additional information about the project, schedule and public input is available online. The 2017 PROS Plan is prepared by Montgomery Parks, in coordination with the Montgomery County Department of Recreation. The PROS Plan will substitute for the state-mandated Land, Preservation, Parks, and Recreation Plan which is required every five to six years to maintain Program Open Space grant funding eligibility.
