    1. It is, of course, not budget neutral. Why allow voting over a telephone rather than having to show id to register? These are the questions you are ot supposed to ask.

  2. Agree with Josh but he forgot about how this Legislative Session stole most the benefit of the Federal Tax reductions from all of us taxpayers. Also note that the current lawful owners of a certain gun part will instantly be deprived of that property without compensation or be instantly a felon!

    1. Federal Tax reduction? I just did the IRS withholding calculator for my family, and our taxes will be 25% higher under the new tax plan. :(

  3. It isn't. They claim this since they already have the lawyers on the payroll but legal stuff takes off in all directions. They don't "anticipate" having to spend money outside their budget, but they certainly may.
