Putting the ART back in pARTnership – Montgomery County and National Park Service Sign 10-year agreement for Shared Management of Glen Echo Park

Montgomery County and the National Park Service have signed an agreement sharing the management of Glen Echo Park for the next 10 years. Under the new agreement, Montgomery County is responsible for operation, maintenance and day-to-day management of the park.

The County will continue to work with the Glen Echo Park Partnership for Arts and Culture to provide public art programs, studio exhibits, performances and social dances, which have made Glen Echo an attraction and destination for tens of thousands.

More information on the partnership agreement is available here.

A schedule of events held at the park is available at glenechopark.org.
