Thursday November 15 -- 10th Annual Federal Employees Health Benefits Forum.  9 - 11 a.m. (panel at 9:30 a.m.)  Holiday Park Senior Center, 3950 Ferrara Dr., Wheaton. Congressman Chris Van Hollen will hold the forum in cooperation with National Active and Retired Federal Employees. Experts on federal health insurance plans and representatives of health insurance carriers will discuss various health plan options and the impact of new health care reforms, plus answer individual questions. See more details.
