The Maryland SoccerPlex has 24 fields and it is the setting for 11 soccer and lacrosse tournaments each year. The facility hosts approximately 650,000 people annually, and that generates an economic impact of over $23 million for Montgomery County and the State of Maryland from out of town visitors, according to Executive Director Trish Heffelfinger.
