Reservations to use fields in fall, for library community rooms and for school facilities during the 2021-22 school year will soon be opened by the County’s Community Use of Public Facilities (CUPF) interagency coordinating board.
- Reservations for fall fields will open at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 15. Self-booking for use of fields between Aug. 16 and Nov. 30 will be accepted online via the customer e-portal. Visit www.ActiveMONTGOMERY.org to permit fields for athletic sports activities (excluding Montgomery County Public School high school grass fields and Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission regional fields). Contact CUPF@MontgomeryCountyMD.gov for permitting information regarding artificial turf sites and regional park fields.
- Community meeting rooms in Montgomery County Public Libraries will be available to schedule online starting at 8:30 a.m. Monday, July 26, for dates of use beginning Monday, Aug. 2, through December 2021. - Requests must be submitted online via www.ActiveMONTGOMERY.org at least seven days in advance. If you have questions or difficulty submitting a reservation request online, contact the CUPF office by email CUPF@MontgomeryCountyMD.gov or call 240-777-2725.
- General reservation requests of indoor school facilities during the 2021-22 school year, including before- and after-school enrichment programs, evening use and weekend use, will be accepted online via the customer e-portal beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 15. Be sure to check holidays and breaks via the MCPS school calendar.
