Upcounty Regional Services Center Resumes Public Hours for In-Person Services


The Upcounty Regional Services Center in Germantown has resumed in-person access to some services that are provided by the various agencies in the building.

The center, which is located at 12900 Middlebrook Rd., is open to the general public at its regular hours from 7:45 a.m. to 9 p.m., Mondays through Fridays,

Agencies that have offices in the center continued to provide services virtually during the COVID-19 health crisis. Residents now can visit the following agencies in-person on the following schedules:
  • Health and Human Services (second floor): Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Housing Initiative Partnership (first floor): Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
The WorkSource Montgomery office that assists residents in finding jobs and assists businesses in finding employees will open to in-person visits at a later date. Services are still being provided online at Homepage of Worksource Montgomery.

The Community Use of Public Facilities (CUPF) office will resume in-person services in September. Until then, staff members are available to serve residents online with reservations and information at CUPF website.

The Volunteer Center will continue to serve residents virtually at Home - Montgomery County Volunteer Center (montgomerycountymd.gov) until further notice.

The Peppertree Children's Childcare Center will continue its current operation.
