Construction around 7373 Wisconsin Ave. in Bethesda, a property owned by Avocet Towers Investors, LLC, will continue to keep traffic in the vicinity of Wisconsin Avenue disrupted and the nearby sidewalk closed through Nov. 30
The construction is forcing closure of the Wisconsin Avenue right turn lane near 7373 Wisconsin Ave. The sidewalk from 7351 Wisconsin Ave. to 7359 Wisconsin Ave. will remain closed. All pedestrian traffic will continue to be directed through Bethesda.
The project overall also will close Montgomery Avenue’s southern curb lane and sidewalk from Wisconsin Avenue to Waverly Street.
The development at 7373 Wisconsin Ave. will be a mixed-use, transit-oriented development comprising nearly 400,000 square feet of Class A office space, a hotel and above-and below-grade parking. A mix of public and private amenities and open space will create a continuous flow from Wisconsin Avenue through the public plaza and office and hotel lobbies.
