Viewers Will Also Be the Voters at ‘25th Annual Manhattan Short Film Festival’ Sept. 28-30 at Gaithersburg Arts Barn

Viewers will also be the voters in selecting the top films at the 25th Annual Manhattan Short Film Festival that will feature 10 short films Wednesday through Friday, Sept. 28-30 at the Gaithersburg Arts Barn. Videos will start at 7:30 p.m. each evening.

The Gaithersburg Arts Barn is located at 311 Kent Square Rd. in Gaithersburg. Admission is $15 in advance, $18 on the day of event. Films are appropriate for those 17-and-over. Purchase tickets online here.

More than 100,000 film lovers will unite in more than 500 cities across six continents to view and vote on the finalists in the Short Film Festival.

Upon entry to the Arts Barn theatre, attendees will be given a voting card and an official program. They will be asked to vote for the one film and the one actor they feel was most impressive.

Votes will be tallied and e-mailed to the Manhattan Short New York City headquarters. Every short film selected will automatically become qualified for the Oscars of 2023.
