Permitting Services Changes Yield Results: Residential, Non-Residential Constructions Rise

Changes in the County’s Department of Permitting Services have significantly improved service to customers, large and small, eliminating and reducing some fees and expanding on-line permits and e-plans – saving time, money and the environment.

Over just the past four years, the number of residential units constructed has skyrocketed over 250 percent and the value of non-residential construction has doubled.
