Do More 24™ is a local movement that brings together nonprofit organizations, companies and people committed to making a difference. Through focused online giving from midnight on June 19 to midnight June 20, Do More 24 will provide the opportunity for people to determine which issues matter most to them, then channeling their funding towards tackling those problems.
There will be live updates, special cash awards for nonprofits and nonprofit-hosted events. Do More 24, launched by United Way of the National Capital Area in June 2013, raised more than $1.3 million from that drive to support local nonprofits through 15,223 donations made by 11,000 donors.
