Participants are now being sought to join the 21st Annual Gaithersburg St. Patrick's Day Parade, which will start at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 11, at rio in Gaithersburg. The parade meanders down Grand Corner Avenue at rio.
The City of Gaithersburg, in partnership with The Peterson Companies and rio, which is located near I-370 and Washingtonian Boulevard, are the parade hosts.
Community groups and other organizations are invited to march. Past participants have included Celtic dancers, bagpipe bands, school groups, clowns, fire trucks, equestrian units and service organizations.
