The Wheaton Ice Arena will hold an open house from 9-11 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 17, that will provide opportunities to learn about and try ice sports and activities. Stations will be set up to assist those who want to find out more about ice sports such as hockey, speedskating and figure skating.
The Wheaton Ice Arena is located at 11717 Orebaugh Ave. in Wheaton. The Open House is free, but there is a $4 per person fee to skate (which includes skate rental) which represents half of the usual price.
