The County Office of Human Rights/Interagency Fair Housing Coordinating Group with support from the County Department of Housing and Community Affairs will offer a free housing educational forum called the One Stop Fair Housing Shop. The event is scheduled for
April 25, 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Silver Spring Civic Building, 1 Veteran’s Plaza.
Topics for the fair will include disability and reasonable accommodations provisions, common ownership community requirements, current regulations and legal updates, landlord-tenant issues and more.
