The 2018 online Montgomery County Summer Camp Guide features dozens of affordable and fun summer camps for a variety of ages and interests.
Print copies of the Summer Camp Guide are available at aquatic and community recreation centers and Montgomery County Public Library branches. Summer camp registration officially begins Tuesday, January 16. The online link for summer camp registration is www.ActiveMONTGOMERY.org.
To help you choose a camp, Montgomery County Recreation will host two, free summer camp fairs. Families can meet recreation staff and instructors, learn about financial aid, and register for summer camp.
The summer camp fairs will be held from noon to 3 p.m. at the following locations:
The summer camp fairs are designed to showcase the wide variety of specialized summer camps offered including arts, aquatics, cooking, dance, music, nature, sports, and technology. The fairs will include demonstrations, raffles, and giveaways. T-Rec, the Department of Recreation mascot, will also attend.
