Children and teens of Montgomery County-based military families can find support at the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Easterseals in Silver Spring. The clinic will be offering the “Teen Stress Resiliency” program starting on Wednesday, March 2.

The Teen Stress Resiliency program for students in sixth, seventh and eighth grades will run for six consecutive weeks from 4:30-5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. It will teach participants how to build resiliency skills in order to meet life’s challenges and take positive actions to reduce stress. The program is structured to understand the need for specialized care to address the unique needs of children and teens.
